An internal (non-public)  ESOC Navigation Support Office GNSS station.

Location

The antenna is situated on the roof of the DGI (Divisão de Geração de Imagens) building within INPE premises, just outside the village of Cachoeira Paulista, Brazil.

The site is managed by INPE ( National Institute for Space Research ).

A joint collaboration between INPE, AEB (the Brazilian Space Agency) and ESA/ESOC was established in August 2018

Equipment

Initially, a Septentrio PolaRx4 receiver and Septentrio Chokering MC antenna were installed at the station in May 2019, providing multi-GNSS tracking from this location: GPS, Glonass, Galileo, Beidou.

In February 2023 the equipment was upgraded to a Septentrio PolarRx5 receiver and a Septentrio PolaNt Chokering B3/E6 antenna.
